Introduction: Hello I am a speedcuber from California, speedcubing has been my hobby for over 3 years now, and along the way I have grown my collection as well as gotten faster. My main events are 2x2, 3x3, and megaminx (you can find my mains/pbs on the navigation bar above)
My Cubing Journey: On the last day of a trip to Idaho in 2016, my family and I went into a gift shop to get a souvenir, on one of the shelfs I saw a Rubik's Cube, and I got that as my souvenir. After I had first started turning the cube, I became obsessed with learning how to solve it, after around of month of trying to solve it myself, I got angry that I couldn't figure it out, It ended up sitting on a shelf for 5-6 months. One day I found the cube again and decided that it would be fun to try it again, this time with the help of the internet, I went to a website know as YouCanDoTheCube, After around 2 weeks, I was able to solve the cube for the first time, after that I was addicted to it, I couldn't stop solving the cube, I eventually got under about 1:10 before discovering speedcubing, when I first discovered speedcubing I was amazed by how fast people like Max Park, and Felix Zemdegs were able to solve the cube, I waned to become fast like them. From there I went on to by my first ever speedcube, I got a Yuxin Little Magic which was a big step up from the Rubik's Cube that I had been using for the past 2 years. With about 1 month of practice, I was able to get my times down below 45 seconds. From there I learned about CFOP, which if you don't already know, is a very popular speed solving method. I spend hours practice my F2L, OLL, and PLL, From there I became sub 30, and I bout a Valk 3. I then worked on my F2L for around 2 months, which helped bring my times down to under 25 seconds. After MANY more months of practice, I got my first ever sub 20 average of 5. Then I ordered other cubes, like 2x2's, 4x4's, 5x5's, Megaminx's, and more. Today I am Sub 17, with a cube collection of over 30 twisty puzzles!
My Youtube Journey: In February of 2017, I created a channel that went by the name Cube Master, I posted 5 - 10 videos on that channel and didn't really get much growth, I decided to give up youtube in November of 2017. In June of 2018, I tried youtube again this time using the channel name N Cubed, I gained around 40 subscribers before running out of ideas, and decided that youtube wasn't for me. On March 15th 2020, I tried youtube once again, this time I enjoyed it, and had many ideas. I still am doing youtube currently and there is a link to my channel on the navigation bar on the top.
